 | We store all resolved problems in our solution database. You can search this database by first selecting the Search link from the lefthand menu and then using simple keywords. Make sure to click the button for "Natural Language", "AND keywords", or "Search by Incident #" depending on how you want to search the database! Enter some keywords, then click Search:
